Phoebe is 18 years old. She was adopted from China as a baby, and grew up in Central Vermont. She currently attends Clark University in Worcester, MA where she is thinking about majoring in Psychology. Phoebe says that cultural and racial identity is knowing where you have been raised but also about where you are from.
